At Amando Beau, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

   • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.

   • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

   • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

   • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned

2. How to Request a Refund:

   • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at orders@amandobeau.store within the 14-day period.

   • Provide your order number and reason for the return, along with any supporting images or details, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

   • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.

   • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Processing Your Refund:

   • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

   • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Gift cards, promotional or discounted items, and customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

   • Items that are not in their original condition, or are damaged or missing parts due to customer handling, may not qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
